I have a book on Kitano ("Yuen Tsuen Kitano") published in Taiwan. It traces his works from Violent Cop to Hanabi. A very informative book. Is that the same as yours?

雖然此片票房不敵《大日本人》,入座率底,但我始終覺得,他的電影總有其吸引力。
負面評論說他大勢而去,他的回應是:20年候再看此片,你們必會驚覺這是一部佳作。
他導演的電影只差"北野武狂想曲"和"監督・萬歲!"未看。現在追緊他出演的電影。灣仔有一間不起眼的cd shop,有正版和國內版的dvd。我找到大島渚的作品集,一共9部電影只需$150,當中包括了"戰場上的聖誕快樂"和"御法度"。

Based on our online convo, I can draw up a list of those I have seen and you're interested in, and pass them around.
The good thing about this is you can save the money and home space for stuff that you want to own a copy of.
To start with, I have several 'kam tin yat'. I can lend you Gohatto if you can't wait for the free copy from your friend:)
